As of this writing on October 7, 2020, Hamilton County has re-entered the “red” category (Level 3) in the State of Ohio’s COVID-19 Risk Level Guidelines for the Public. At this level, citizens are advised of “[v]ery high exposure and spread,” to “[l]imit activities as much as possible,” and to “[f]ollow all current health orders.” The red category is based on a score of 4 – 5 in the State’s Alert Indicators. Memorial Hall has taken significant steps to provide a safe environment for our patrons and performers, as detailed herein. If you are uncomfortable with attending an indoor performance with these safety measures in place, please do not attend. We will be happy to issue full refunds to anyone who wishes not to attend as a result of changing conditions with the pandemic.
Ticket holders will be contacted by email regarding policies and plans for individual shows. Patrons whose emails are not on file will be contacted by phone. Please monitor your “junk” and “spam” folders for these communications. Thank you for your continued support of Memorial Hall, and for your understanding, during this difficult time.
