Constella Festival – Not So Classical: The Story of Love

The 2018 Constella Festival will close on March 3, 7:30pm at the Memorial Hall with a world premiere hybrid film/concert experience Not So Classical: The Story of Love. This unique concert format created by Constella founder Tatiana Berman and filmmaker David Donnelly has been featured in Playbill, Forbes, Huffington Post, and recently featured A-list actor Ken Jeong (the Hangover, Community). Each short musical piece and film vignette utilises scientific data and philosophical references to convey chapters in the human and musical relationship with love. From the scientific to the philosophical, the emotional to the historical, we celebrate a magical force that can bring us both absolute bliss and complete insanity. Featured musicians Tatiana Berman, violin + Zhang Zuo, piano. Art exhibition features artwork of couples who are both artists: Alison Shepard-Hildebrandt + Evan Hildebrandt, Stacey + Mike Maney,  Jan and Mark Wiesner, Tatiana Berman + David Donnelly.
